ERVIN Architectural Products’ parent company is Ervin Moulding and Trim Co., Inc. Our roots run deep in custom mouldings and specialty millwork items manufactured using many different species of wood and cellular PVC. In addition to our standard mouldings, we have onsite knife grinding capabilities allowing us to cost-effectively reproduce discontinued and historic mouldings exactly. Our millwork shop is located in rural Suffolk. We strive to operate our business in a sustainable fashion. The shavings and wood byproducts created by our shop are reclaimed and used in a biomass energy conversion process that yields briquettes.  These briquettes (we call Pokey Pucks) have two primary benefits. First, we reduce the volume of our waste stream by a factor of 7:1. Second, we create an energy source from our waste byproduct, enabling us to heat our shop during the winter months.  You may even find us burning Pokey Pucks in our home fireplaces or outdoor firepits.
